How Dennerle Carbo Test Indicator works: The CO2 diffuses out of the aquarium water into the test container and dissolves in the indicator liquid. Depending on the CO2 content, the Dennerle Carbo Test Indicator reacts with a color change. Blue = not enough CO2 Green = CO2 level ideal Yellow = too much CO2.
